Confirmed: D. Jota died on the 'road of death' © Zuma Press

Yesterday, tragically departed to the afterlife, "Liverpool" forward Diogo Jota traveled to Santander via a threatening route.

The media in the city of Zamora, near the tragedy, writes that this road is not without reason labeled as "death" and marked with a black line on maps.

Although the highway allows speeds of up to 120 km/h, poor visibility at night often causes tragedies.

"El Dia de Zamora" reported that there were 19 accidents here in 2023 alone.

During car crashes, people often lost their lives – a recorded average of 1.5 deaths per incident.
