If "Kauno Žalgiris" were to defeat "Arda", they would face either "Rakow" or Maccabi Haifa in the fourth round.

These are one of the most favorable draws since the second leg would be played in Kaunas, at the Darius and Girėnas Stadium. The first leg is expected to take place in another city due to the concert of performer Post Malone on August 21.
