"Al Nassr" team forward Cristiano Ronaldo could play football for many more years.

Research conducted by the company "Whoop" found that the athlete's biological age currently stands at just 28.9 years.

These numbers surprised the player himself, who celebrated his 40th birthday this year.

"I couldn't believe it was that good. 28.9 means I can play football for another ten years," C. Ronaldo said joyfully.

"When you're young, you think you'll live forever. You're always strong, you feel invincible. However, being 30 in football is not the same as being 25. I feel good, but I pay more attention to recovery and sleep," the Portuguese stated.

This is not the first time similar research has been conducted on the player.

In 2018, it was determined that his body is like that of a 23-year-old, even though C. Ronaldo was already 33 at that time.
