Brazilian football federation representatives are in seventh heaven.

The South American national team has finally managed to lure the Italian Carlo Ancelotti, who will lead the team until at least the end of the 2026 World Cup.

"This is more than a strategic move. It is our statement to the world that we are ready to reclaim the highest place on the winners' podium.

C. Ancelotti is the best coach of all time and now he will lead the best national team in the world.

Together we will open new and glorious pages of our football,” said CBF President Ednaldo Rodrigues.
