The Spanish women's football team – in the European Championship final for the first time.

In the semifinal, Spain defeated Germany 1:0 after extra time.

The German team's goalkeeper, Anna-Katrina Berger, played heroically in the match, allowing the Germans to keep a clean sheet and reach extra time. By the way, she recovered from cancer over the past year.

However, during extra time, the injured goalkeeper could not save. In the 113th minute, the goal scored by the best player in the world, Aitana Bonmati, determined the victory for "La Roja" girls.

In the final, Spain will face England. It will take place on Sunday at 7 PM.
