Argentinian football is in mourning.

"La Albiceleste” player and Boca Juniors coach Miguel Angel Russo has passed away.

The former defensive midfielder fought cancer for a long time.

In his playing career, M. Angelis Russo spent all 13 years with the Argentine team Estudiantes.

He scored a goal in 17 matches for the national team.

His last coached team was Boca Juniors, which he managed from March to October of this year.

Miguel Angel Russo left this world at the age of 69.
