Blow below the belt for Catalans: N. Williams signs a 10-year contract with Bilbao Athletic

Nico Williams, linked with "Barcelona," dealt a significant blow to the "Barcelona" team at the last minute.

Bilbao "Athletic" announced that they have signed a new contract with their wonderkid – running until 2035.

The Basque club included a new buyout clause in the contract, amounting to 85 million euros. It has been raised by 25 million.

"Barcelona" was waiting for the new financial year to start on July 1. Instead, an unpleasant blow below the belt was taken.
