As journalist Fabrizio Romano reports, Bundesliga representatives have reached a verbal agreement for the acquisition of PSV midfielder Malik Tillman.

The Germans are prepared to pay around 35-40 million euros for the 23-year-old American.

In the last Eredivisie season, M. Tillman scored 12 goals and provided 2 assists in 26 matches.
