Bayer has nearly reached an agreement with X. Alonso's successor.

The Leverkusen team "Bayer" did not take long to seek a successor for the coach Xabi Alonso, who is leaving the club.

As reported by "Marca," the Bundesliga club is successfully holding talks with "Como" strategist Cesc Fabregas.

It is claimed that the 38-year-old specialist is ahead of all competitors and has the best chances of signing a contract.

C. Fabregas has been successfully working at the "Como" club for a couple of seasons, which currently ranks 10th in the "Serie A" league.

If "Bayer" manages to dot all the i's during negotiations, the Germans will have to pay a buyout for the promising specialist.
