Barcelona academy graduate Marc Bernal has tied his future to the club for a long time.
On Monday, the Catalan club officially announced that the new contract of M. Bernal will last until 2029.
At the beginning of last season, the 18-year-old Spaniard suffered a cruciate ligament injury, while some of his performances were initially very impressive.
After returning from the injury, the talent is still being linked with a bright future, so he received several chances to appear on the field after being substituted.
The contract includes a buyout clause set at 250 million euros.
