Argentinian national team forward Lionel Messi received special recognition in Africa.

Before yesterday's friendly match between Angola and the Argentinians, the sniper received a gift from the country's president, João Lourenço.

A symbol of unity was presented to the legend in honor of the Angolans' Independence Day anniversary.

In the 2:0 victory, L. Messi showcased excellent play - scoring a goal and providing an assist.
