A. Slotas: "The priorities are the FA Cup, Champions League, and the battle for fifth place" © AFP

"Liverpool” club head coach Arne Slot commented on the priority tournaments of this season, injured players, and monitoring young footballers:

"We have three clear priorities: the FA Cup, the Champions League, and the battle for Champions League qualification.”

"The least we want is another injury, so there is always a narrow margin for the coach to make the right decisions in each match.”

"This wouldn’t be the first time a player gets injured since we have to play every three days.”

"The most important thing is to train, listen to the players, see how they feel, and make the best decisions.”

"I am constantly monitoring young players, and a few of them are close and very close to the first team.

Rio Ngumoha and Trey’s Nyoni are aware of this, and such matches could become an option for them to play.

We will be playing against a strong team and will need to decide which players can help the team.”

"Liverpool” will meet the "Brighton” team in the FA Cup.
