Arda Guler, a midfielder for the Madrid "Real" club, confirmed to the sports publication "L'Equipe" that he did not feel important in winning the Champions League title in 2024 and any role he could play:

"I don't feel that I contributed to that Champions League title... I played very little back then, so we have to go and win another trophy. That's the mission."

"I have full confidence in everything Xabi Alonso tells me... if one day he asks me to play as a goalkeeper, I'll do it and I will buy gloves as soon as possible."

20-year-old Arda Guler has been playing for Madrid "Real" since 2023 and has scored 15 goals in 71 matches.
